This is our basic pedicure. The only difference is, there is no clipping of nails or cuticles. Instead, I use my E-File to shorten and thin out nails if needed. Then, use a cuticle bit to file dead skin. Clipping may cause micro cuts, and with diabetic feet, we want to avoid any wounds! This also includes a reflexology massage to help circulation 🫶
